Crow_Nest
OR: You can change the file to a ".txt" file. Which is the same as notepad.
Starfire13
Or simply set it, as I have done, that notepad is automatically used to open an cfg or sab file.

BarmyBam
I know what a .cfg file is, but what is a .cab file and what is it used 4?
Cryptoguy
A .cab file usauly holds data for installing an application its compressed so it takes less disk space. I find opening .cfg and .sab files with word pad works better as it has a neater format when opened.
