Shivermetimbers
This is a new thread. It' is for you to post everything which went wrong in your day in. For example, if a gorilla attacked you in the street, you would mark that down. It is not aksing for sympathy, just a bit o' ranting and raving about how mad and frustrated you are. For example: I spent all weekend building and testing a physics project because my partner had hockey practice. It was very difficult and a pain to test with only one person. (It's hard to find rubber eyeballs in a cornfield, you know). So then, today I find out that the due date is changed. To NEXT tuesday. And then during class, we had to finish a lab. Becasue he had screwed up his first set of data, I had to go on and do all of the other trials myself which was a royal pain in the butt while he had the teacher explain basic concepts to him for an hour (apparently Mr. Waters thought that we were done the trials or forgot that they were not very easy to do alone) And now since my partner still doesn't understand it, I have to do all of the calculations tonight by myself. And I am still sick and tired and stressed form this weekend becasue the freaking slingshot thing won't go 50 yards. Now. Tell us about what happened to you. Skinkie
So the other day, there I am driving to school when I hear a weird thunk sound, I look over and there's cracks all over the corner of my windshield. Then I get to school and I have this big open time slot where I planned on completing my art project that was due in two days (I live 45 minutes from the university and only go up there every other day) so it was really the only good time for me to do it. I go into the tech room and start downloading the camera i had(It was some weirdo freaky video project) and the battery dies, and me without the power cords. I borrowed the camera from my cousin, and he forgot to give them to me. Man did that day suck.

Shivermetimbers
My car, which got stolen almost three weeks ago, has been found. Unfortuanutly, it's stuck in the woods about 30 miles away. The police and sheriff in that area are refusing to do anything(they told us quite frankly they have no intention of getting it out)and the police and sheriff in our town/county can't do anything because it isn't in their district. Alia
You what? They WHAT? Jerks. Anyway, apart from having trouble sleeping at night, I don't have too much to complain about. Minor, day-to-day tribulations and stuff....like the guitar that won't stay in tune, the dog barking constantly, images not found, broken pencil leads, dropping stuff, etc. That's how it is, most days. Skinkie
If I was you I'd go get the car myself. If it can be driven into the woods then surely you can drive it back out.
Shivermetimbers
It can't be driven out of the woods. It is stuck in quite a lot of mud and trees from what I hear. But we are going to go visit it tomorrow. The insurance company is being a bunch of morons too. We have theft insurance, and it wasn't returned within the time they say before you get money and they have to deal with getting the car out and the car etc, but they are saying its our responsibility. Jerks. Don't even get me started on today's physics class....
Tahnee
Well, yesterday I got my work schedule for the next two weeks...I'm working pretty much the entirety of the four day weekend we have off from school for Thanksgiving. Okay, so it's money, but I have an opinion column to write, a resumé of various extracurriculars to beat out for a teacher recommendation, and a college application to (hopefully) finish. Also, I thought my English class was finally done with Ethan Frome, as we'd pretty much beaten it to death and we've already gotten our copies of "Hamlet." But apparently not...as we now have a four page essay due Monday. AGH. And I just figured out in class today that the writing I planned to get done before "things got really busy"...? Not going to happen, not unless some random, out-of-the-blue miracle decides to stop by and visit me. Because I forgot that holiday concert rehearsals start next week, and I seriously won't have a free night between work and rehearsals until...um...December 19th. And then I get my wisdom teeth out on the 23rd. Head, meet desk. Desk, meet head. Double AGH.
Alien426
Glad y'all havin' such a blast of a good time. I took a week of holiday and enjoy every minute of it. It's great to not have to get up early! Well, OK, not everything's sunshine for me either. My room is getting too cramped again as do my hard discs. I have these habits of not deleting games when I've finished them and buying too much stuff...

RicardoLuigi...
well, i have strep throat, so i didn't go to school yesterday or today. however, starting tomorrow we have four days off due to thanksgiving, so there's sure to be a lot of homework. so now i have a buildup of three days worth of homework. plus, i'm also stressed due to the fact that i have done barely any of the reading for a book in english. a very crap book called "a separate peace" about these bunch of queer prep school boys that are idiotic. one character half the time wants to make love to his best friend and the other half he wants to kill his friend. this friend is also male, btw. anyway...i'm a little stressed and stuff but if i don't do the reading then i don't really care and i'm probably gonna put off my homework till the last day, as usual. roytordes'babe
I had a bad day today, my little girl has been naughty and crying and my little boy had an injection yesterday so today he has been crying every minute, so in on here chilling out and trying not to rip my hair out, but thankfully my daughter has calmed down after her bath and my son has now gone to sleep after also having a bath, baths are great. Darth Groovy
Today was Thanksgiving...*glances at clock*, ok YESTERDAY was Thanksgiving. A selfish American Holiday. Highlights include extended traveling, selfish annoying realatives, and alot of dishes. This year it was supposed to be good, my mother's realatives backed out late last week, and it was going to be a quiet holiday with just me, my sister, and my parents. First I damn near cut my finger off slicing a dinner roll, then later after dinner, we are watching my X-2 DVD, and we got into a discussion about Anna Paquin (Rogue), I made the comment that she was pretty, then my sister rags on me about how I like younger girls, and even had the gall to bring up that I had said that Natalie Portman was good looking too. She says I like my girls too young, I was very offended by that remark, and spent the rest of the evening pissed off and sitting in my room. Why do sisters say stuff like that? She makes me feel like a pedophile. I guess I cannot like girls unless they have one foot in the nursing home. So yeah today sucked. Wake me up when summer gets here again. Shivermetimbers
Today I told my physics teacher that I hated physics. I think that may have been a bad idea. And I also have to do this whole evil lab defining the newton by myself casue my ******* lab partner wasn't there today, and I'm not going to be there tomorrow, and I can't get in touch with him, and I know there is no way he will do it without me forcing him to. I think my life would improve if I did not have physics anymore...
Ernil
I just realised my soccer coach was shown the video of my in drag. He told me it was upsetting. Damn. There goes Varsity.
Alia
Thank God for Ernil's transvestite tendencies.
Shivermetimbers
You never know. Ernil's coach might be uncomfortable with his own secret activities. So I bet Ernil still makes varsity. Unless he is a bad soccer player.

Shivermetimbers
Remind me to show you a picture of my friend Ned sometime. His hair is much bigger than Ernil's. And its blond. And he's even funnier looking than Ernil. I've never heard of him dressing up in drag.... But he was still on varsity all four years of high school. Alien426
I've had a terrible day so far. At work one of my colleages got fired. What's so sucky is that no one seems to know why. Including him. God, I'm so bitter. This guy is an expert in his area, our boss appointed him to all sorts of jobs in the most casual manner. He's also a good friend and he helped other people a lot. We were all shocked. It seemed surreal on my way home. I felt like 'did this really happen?' I don't know if you can relate to that, but it ruined my day and I still don't get why my boss fired him. It seems so stupid. It took him like an hour just to tell a co-worker some basic things that still had to be done. How the department is supposed to function, I can't understand. It's quite a little company and that department has only 3 office workers now. He was an integral part and had worked at the company for like 12 years or longer.
