i rushed through it and did just about every side quest i could find

from reading the forums the only ones i realise i have missed are getting HK-47 and about 4 more on manaan, taris and kashyyyk

i hate it how when someone like a rodian is telling you something and it takes him half an hour to say "yes"

only talked to people with names cuz it was usually a waist of time talking to people called noble man or czerka miner

burst of speed also helps;)

1st Play - ~65 hours

2nd ~ 63 hours (est, left game un-paused and had to subtract ~8 hours)

3rd, I'm at ~24.5 hours and while I've done some visiting to start up side quests, I've only picked up my first SFM.

And this time, I'll only be packing for 8 ...

Hey, you obviously didnt read the bottom of that post :

Samus' avatar is Squall Lionheart, FF8, for all those kids who are curious; Mine is Kuja, dragon riding bad guy of FF9

Yeah, I love FF too : Cant wait to

-Play crystal chronicles MP on the cube and my GBA

-Play FFX-2

-Play FFXI

-Play FFXII

-Watch FFVII - Advent Children this year !

ahhh kuja(the villian that was just a short cartoony version of sephiroth:)). i never really got into 9. probably because that's when they stopped putting them out for PC. i played 10 because a friend had a ps2. and yeah x-2 looks good. i, however refuse to take place in any online games. so when they go back to the single player kind i will more than willingly start playing them again. i heard 11 would be online, and then they'd go back to their usual style.

1st time through (light, doing every side-quest I could find, except the swoop race ones, and geno bounty hunter ones) about 31 hours

2nd time through (dark, this time doing every side quest I could find the evil way... plus doing the swoop stuff and the bounty hunter quests) ended up about 19 hours... Evil way seems to cut out a lot of talking :-p

Neither time using any info from walkthroughs (had no access to the internet both times I played through)

Bleh. I love FF but X-2 seems very disappointing to me (maybe because it feels like it's aimed more at female gamers)

I might as well use the FFXI CDs as drink coasters... whatever copy protection method they decided to use doesn't work with any cd/dvd drive I have tried. I can not get the game to install -at all-

On a side note I really hope people figure out a way to mod this and bioware decides to come out with expansions/sequels.

i personally hope for expansions before sequels. but as long as there are eventually expansions i guess i won't complain. since when has a male had a problem playing with female characters. i mean seriosuly think about it. how popular was tomb raider? i think they were hoping to get both genders in and therefore more players and more money. seems like a pretty good idea to me.

Nah... it's more like the way the game... feels(?), not so much that you are playing female characters.

Maybe it's the Britney Spears-like music/singing/concert things or the giggling about boys and such.

It's not really a bad game... just not what I expected.

According to the timer on the autosave that happened when it loaded the scenes after beating Malak, the first time through was 38 hours 54 minutes. The second time through was 25 hours 12 minutes. I tended to skip through a lot of conversation and branch options, since I wasn't plumbing for details this time around.

Yes, FFx-2 is different, definitely alotta girl power there ! I have played it alittle on my friends NTSC ps2.....dont mind it too much... Im just glad to see those characters again....unheard of FF history to have a direct sequel of course....

....Actually, I have a question for you Grau, check your PMs :)

Yes !! Im looking forward to the KOTOR sequel, I think it is more likely to have a sequel rather than an EP, but you will be able to keep your character HOPEFULLY !!!!
