Twiba Fett
Hi, Erm, that basically covers my question, I'm haveing some trouble killing them, and end up dead myself. Is it better to use blasters, or blades? should I level up? Thanks Twib
txa1265
Given that they poison you, ranged attack is a definite advantage. Not that I use it. My Scoundrel needed to as he had like 5 HP, but since then I just charge up, slash away, have two ranged party members taking shots, and heal and cure later. Ideally, I think that a level 2 should be fine if you are deferring your levels for Jedi levels, but the lower your level, the more you want to stick someone else in the melee and take ranged attacks yourself. Hope that helps, Mike
Prime
I usually tossed a couple of grenades at them before they saw me...

Alfrauk
Did you cheat on your first time through? Hopefully not. I did what Prime said, throw a grenade at them. Then I fight with a doublebladed sword.

dark jedi 8
i saved my grenades for starkiller, i usually used melee attack if i was a soldier but if i was a scoundral i used the sneak attack/ with a blaster pistol. and then had carth and mission offer cover fire. Poggle
For me ranged attacks are definately the way forward even without any blaster feats you last alot longer than in melee especially when playing scoundrel. Although a soldier with a prototype vibroblade or any decent melee weapon should be ok
