That game has already essentially set the current bar for what a multiplayer Internet FPS should be (IMHO). I'm hoping that fast enough servers will support, minimally, 32 players, and up to 64. 128 would be teh r0xx0r, although you'd need a phat pipe and a liquid-cooled server to do it. It's clearly 32 for pc on internet Yes, according to another article I read somewhere the player limits are as follows: XBox: Internet - 16 | LAN - 32 PC: Internet - 32 | LAN - 64 I'm assuming it will be possible to push it up to 64 via Internet, if there is a facility for low ping only. When characters or vechiles bunch up together it just gums things up. A nice balance is 32 because enough players are spread out.
