Lately, Sam has been replacing our world leaders with androids from the future. Max, on the other hand, is just some ordinary guy on the street who just happens to have a head shaped like a dog's. He isn't involved in a secret New World Order, but he does drink a lot. Either that, or they're comic book characters that made it to the videogame arena. Could be either, really. A good place to start for the uninitiated would the the "New Folks: Read This!" thread, so thoughtfully posted by Jake and stuck to the top of this very forum.
