ZinC°hda
Not sure who was asking before about how many people can get in the Republic Gunship ? But its now listed on the new site :- "More than 25 diverse ground and air vehicles including the AT-ST, X-Wing, and speeder bike, as well as the massive Republic Gunship that can hold up to five different soldiers" Nice

ps2gamer42
I agree, the gunship looks awesome. I think it will end up being my favourite vehicle.
ZinC°hda
From what I can see theres only 2 Bubbles that people actually sit in :- http://www.starwars.com/databank/vehicle/republicgunship/ Which would mean - 1 Pilot 2 Gunners in bubbles 2 Passengers ? Weapons: 3 anti-personnel laser turrets, 4 composite-beam laser turrets, 8 light air-to-air rockets, 2 mass-driver missile launchers
Doomie
Those four laser turrets SHOULD be manned by players. That's just how it is.

Tyler_Durden
I think either the pilot or co-pilot operates the 2 front laser turrets while the other operates the missiles. Plus, the passengers in the back who are to be dropped off can probably use their own weapons to shoot out the side of the gunship. At least battlefield 1942 let you do this. vulcan_sniper
wrong. The new lucasarts official sight says that you can fit up to six people into the passenger cabin, 1 pilot, and two gunners.
Vader's_Punishe
In BFV the chinock copter could had 6-8 passenger positions, but it could hold more if the pilot let people hop into the back. One time on a large server we had about people in the back. Thank goodness we all jumped out before we were shot down.

Super Clone
Well I'm just glad the Gunship isn't like it was in the Clone Wars Video Game. With different players in the same ship it sounds like you really have to trust the pilot.
GhostfacedKilla
I hope the republic gunship or maf doesnt control at all like the helis in bf 1942 Dc.......Those took me about 3 weeks to learn..felt like i was in pilot school
Super Clone
Pilot school? Ha ha ha. How can it take you 3 weeks to learn to pilot a helicopter. I've never played that game before though.

Vader's_Punishe
I'm willing to bet that you can fit more on them. It just won't be as "safe" for the extra people because they likely fall out the side if the pilot does anything fancy. Flying copters doesn't seem hard at first while you are on your own airstrip, but when you get into the battlefield obstacles such as treetops tend to be hard to avoid by novice pilots. You get into a vehicle by standing near it and pressing a button.
Vader's_Punishe
Did you play BF and BFV tFighterPilot because that is what you did in BF too, but that didn't stop people from jumping on the back of a two seat jeep and riding it as a third passenger, nor did it stop people from riding on the wings of the bomber or loading up chinocks with more people than it had seats.
