EMI Windows XP Capatability

I haven't played this game in ages, so I'm really interested in starting it up again. I popped the CD into my drive, and I select "Install", and nothing happens. I run the System Check, and it says I have 0MHz , my computer has 1.9 GHz. I tried it on my parents computer, that is using Windows 2000, and it works fine.

So is there a quick fix for this?

Ok, well I asked for help on another forum I frequent, and a member there said that he had EMI, and also ran on Windows XP, and had no problems with the game. I emailed him my Computer Stats, hopefully he can come up with something...

Does anyone here have any suggestions?
