Any other mods installed? Did the obi-wan mod overwrite any files when you installed it?

Check if you have all the files ahead:

1-appearence.2da in this Obi-Wan uses the first Asian male body;

2-heads.2da where Obi-Wan head is added as new row #107;

3-ObiWanH01.tga, the beautiful Carth reskin to look like Obi-Wan;

4-po_pmha1.tga, po_pmhad.tga, po_pmhad1.tga, po_pmhad2.tga e po_pmhad3.tga, i believe for the portraits and its Dark side transitions. Since there is no skins for the dark side transitions in the face - ObiWanH01.tga - the portraits are all the same;

5-At last there are ObiWanH.mdl and ObiWanH.mdx, that represents the custom Obi-Wan model and animation, problably based in Carth since its the same head.

Since Obi-Wan v1.1 uses the first Asian male body and replaces his head, maybe the imcompatibility you should look for is there.

If you know how to use Kotor Tool, you should open any .2da files placed in your Overrride folder. Likely the problem must be heads.2da and appearence.2da.

appearence.2da contains the information for all the characters body. The Player Characters models begin in #91 row in that file. There is a columm in it named normalhead. The correspondent number placed there is the row number in the other file, heds.2da, so the game knows wich head is placed in each body.

See if the male characters are pointing to its correspondent head. If not change, save and test.

Good Luck.
