ShadoWraith
Now we all know SWBF has gone gold. My question is do pilots still have the ability to eject, and does the rebel sharpshooter still have the disguise ability?

insanellama
i really hope pilots will still be able to eject in the final versions cuz thats one of the things that makes pilots stand out other than turrets and repairing...if they can't eject why not just be a soldier and fly?? edit: i just read in the opm that the pilots have superior flying skills...maybe its easier to fly with them in the game???i sure hope so cuz im gonna be a pilot mostly and i wanna have some advantages
WICKET_STBF
Every class can pilot any vehicules,if the pilot class can eject how the other in the vehicule will survive.ITS like if i was saying sorry guyz you dont gonna make it and I will-BYE BYE- LOL
TK-8252
I believe that the answers are no and no now. The profiles for the Pilot classes used to say that the Pilots could eject from a destroyed vehicle, but they don't anymore on the official site. Also, according to the official site, the Rebel Marksman does not have a Disguise Kit anymore. Remember that the demo does not have the latest classes - in the demo the Wookiee Smuggler gives out the supplies, and the Imperial Pilot has a scatter rifle. These things will be changed in the full game.

"Guys! Bail, bail, bail!" The only problem here is there are no chutes in SWBF to my knowledge. Sometimes in BF42 and BFV if you ditched high enough with your craft in stable flight, one of the passengers could hit the "1" key and resume control of the craft. I don't know how SWBF is gonna handel these things though.

joesdomain
The pilot ejection thing is an excellent idea to have in the game.
Syzerian
But what good is ejecting when your 500 feet up with no parachute?
Revlt Coranier
They must have some system of getting the pilot safely to the ground. (That is, if the feature is still in the game) Maybe the vehicle will crash down to the ground, but right before it hits, the pilot jumps out so he doesn't fall a long ways. Mountainforest
Well, you can't crash while in the air can you? They had parachutes in battlefield, but it doesn't really fits in the starwars universe don't you think? I like it that most people won't survive it if they jump out of a vehicle in the air. In battlefield people sometimes use planes just to get somewhere, then jump out and land safely with aThat's a wast of vehicles.
Alegis
parachutes arent really star wars like. And remember guys, the eject was for when the vehicle is destroyed. You can get out of any vehicle at any time i bet

insanellama
i hope the pilot has some kind of advantage though. If he can't fly better or eject or something whats the point of using him?? I know i wouldn't use a pilot just to build a stinking turret or repair a vehicle and get shot at in the process(i get killed almost every time i try to repair an at-st)
SITH_ShadowCat
I wouldn't take the official site with a grain of salt. The devs only feed information to the site desingers (who have little to do with the game) and they build on that. Misinterpritation or other events could have caused the site to have wrong information, so I wouldn't place the "taken out" stamp just yet. I<3Stormies
And it's in the demo It's not really fast, but you slowly heal the vehicle while just sitting in it, moving around, shooting, etc. It's nice, especially in the AT-ST.
