Kurgan Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 Just as a tribute to our man Katarn, hero of the Dark Forces series (and 'cause I'm feelin' fine after beating JA finally... that is, the side I hadn't beaten already a year ago!), I'd like to present to you what might possibly be.... THE ULTIMATE KYLE! Note: I deserve no credit here. The skins were not created by me (and were made a long time ago, but still awesome), and the other file (see attachment) was based on info revealed awhile back in the "Not Enough Customization" thread by others. Anway, see how you like 'em... Download the skin here: http://smrti.xwlegacy.net/downloads/merc2.htm Then click the below link (attachment) and download. Put both pk3's in your /base folder and play Single Player. IMHO, this makes Kyle look much cooler and gives him more of the "look" and character that (again IMHO) he earned in the first two installments of Jedi Knight.

I personally refuse to use models with broken hands...
Kurgan Posted September 13, 2004 Author Posted September 13, 2004 That's a good one too. "Dark Forces 1 Kyle" basically. I prefer the Mercenary 2 Pack one because it reminds me of MotS. It also happens to be very close to Luke's skin, so it looks like they go together like teachers at the Academy somewhat more (to me). ; ) Gotta love mods!

Kurgan Posted September 15, 2004 Author Posted September 15, 2004 No prob! Now I wish I knew how to get it so that Kyle (the npc) would use guns! I tried editing the npc file but it never shows the model (only him pantomiming the gun and shots coming from nowhere).
