Mono_Giganto
Hmm... Well this is more out of curiosity than an actual need for help, but you never know, someone else may be confused. Anyone know how those security spike tunnellers work? I can't figure out how to use them. Checked gamebanshee but no help there.
Achilles
Pretty sure you were supposed to need security spikes to utilize your security skill, much like the relationship between computer spikes and computer skills. Not sure why they left the spikes in the game since they obviously removed the dependency.
Darth333
I found a good use for them: I sell them for a sky high price to Suvam

Ya, security spikes are pretty useless ecept to get credits from Suvam, though I still think it is stupid to have them cause it is pretty lame having a unusable limited use item As for everything else, Suvam is outrageous in the price he buys even medpacks.... Go Suvam

stingerhs
you know, i was gonna ask this question a long time ago... either way, i modified them so they sell for, like 20000 credits so i can get mucho denarro.

Actually find the tat17_racebond.uti for the racing bonds and make their base price 100K, then sell all 120 of them to Suvam and never have a credit worry again. Achilles
I prefer to use the Extreme Pazaak mod to earn my mountain of credits. At least that way I still feel like I'm working for it...a little bit

If you lose quick-load to go back to the previous quick-save I usually spend about 30 minutes playing on Taris and walk away with more credits that I need. DarthBuzzard
^^^ Do that to Suvam and he gives you 10% off his items after you beat him 10 times. Which is really cool if you need his cool stuff (but mods make cooler stuff )
stingerhs
you know, i made all the completely useless items sell for insane prices so i could get tons of credits. oh yeah, the best thing is to set the wraid plates for about 10000 credits each, and then use darth333's warpband to kill about 30+ wraid on tatooine. for the curious: i kill the four wraid, go sell the plates to suvam, then warp back to the desert to kill more wraid. does wonders for your xp as well... Hmm, I'll have to try that, the next time I'm on Taris. Quick-save and quick-load, hmm... I don't know... I'm so unlucky at Pazaak... I'll have to try it before I'm convinced completely.
