lukeiamyourdad
Didn't they slightly improve the graphics?

OE added environmental effects, but they are still stuck with the XBox and its system limitations, hence why the PC requirements shouldn't change either. So unless MS is going to visit every XBox owner in the world one mysterious night this December and freely upgrade the XBox console for them, I just don't see a requirement change for KOTOR:TSL from that of KOTOR. stingerhs
the only thing that i can think of that would affect the graphics would be the flowing capes. you might have some more polys in those models, what with all the capes and hoods and stuff. otherwise, the graphics look about the same to me. starmark2k
I think we can safely say that it will take more hard drive space.
BinnyV
Uh oh. I just installed UT 2004 on my HD. The sad smiley is for me having only 12 gigs left on my D drive. If TSL get's bigger then KOTOR, then I'll be in a pickle for memory 14 gigs of anime take up space as well Then a couple gigs of manga to go along with that..... lukeiamyourdad
Dude 12 Gigs is more then enough. KOTOR 1 was under 4 Gigs.
RedHawke
^^^^ I agree. Figure on KOTOR:TSL taking around the same amount of space as KOTOR 1. lukeiamyourdad
Or get a bigger hard drive a 200 Gig these days cost around 100$ US. A burner would cost around 70-80$ plus you have to buy the DVD to burn them on. So new Hard drive> DVD burner.
Boba Rhett
Simple. Delete the crap. Excuse me, I mean your anime folder.
starmark2k
also you should go through the hard drive and see what you don't need and don't use anymore, last time i did that i got an extra gig outa my hard drive
stingerhs
^^^^ same here. turns out i had about 10-12 different games installed on the harddrive. now, i only have about 4-5 games installed, which are the ones i play. as for freeing up space, you can also get some programs that can sort through all the files on your harddrive to find programs you don't use, internet cache, excess pictures (for all the, umm, art loving people on the forum ), etc. don't have any recommendations right off the bat though... if you want something real bad, then cd-r/rw and dvd +/- rw is your friend. StoneDragon
Graphic card: Ati Radeon 9600, 64 MB Memory: 510 MB (Hmmmmmmm...) CPU: Athlon 2.80 GHz Operating system: Windows XP DirectX 9.0 and laptop. Will it run?
90SK
Maybe. I'm not sure your graphics card will work with it (I'm basing this off KotOR 1's stats) and apparently the game taked 512 MG to run.
Yaj Enidan
Does anyone know if it will have the same "update" feature that KotOR had? I was thinking that might be BioWare specific...Not sure. I love that one click type of updating.
90SK
I agree. It was also kinda fun seeing what goodies came with said upgrade.
starmark2k
I think the updates, will work on the click the update button as all lucasarts games have had that feature over the past couple of years.
