Metallus Posted January 28, 2005 Share Posted January 28, 2005 Psychonauts, for those who are unaware, is a new game made by Tim Schafer, the guy who brought the world Grim Fandango (as well as other great games like Full Throttle and Day of the Tentacle). This game also was helped along in development by a lot of the Grim Fandango development team, who left LucasArts around when Tim did in 2000 to form Double Fine Productions. Anyway, after years of development and speculation, Psychonauts is available for purchase! Well, for pre-order anyway. The game ships April 19. But why should you buy Psychonauts? While it's not a straight-up graphic adventure game like Grim Fandango, it is developed by many of the same people who made Grim Fandango possible, and promises to be stylish, innovative, and fun, as well as being rich in character development and oozing with dialogue.
