TSL NPC to PC

in TSL is it possible to make an NPC into a PC. I would like to play through the game with the handmaiden. I would be greatful for any help.

Get KSE: http://www.starwarsknights.com/tools.php you can change your apperance to whatever you like. You can even play as a Hssiss if you want

Though it might look ugly as hell or not work at all, is the reverse also possible?

 

What I mean is can a PC head or entire body substitute a party npc?

 

I've never tried modding KotOR and don't know how complicated that sort of thing would be if it even works, but I'd definately be curious so maybe I could change Visas' model to one of the female PCs.

 

I'd appreciate any help.

Yes you can do that with KSE, But you need to figure out which PC you want her to look like. The PC appearences look like this P_FEM_A_LRG_01

I'll download KSE and look for tutorials on how to use it right now.

 

Edit: Can't seem to find a tutorial in your list for this specific sort of thing, would it be the same principle as this except in reverse? Editing Appearance.2da to replace PC models with NPC ones (Darth Bandon body)

Should be the same, though you might want to change the heads.2da to replace the head aswell as the body type (Otherwise the NPC might be headless )
