Second, in what way are bald people, regardless of age, disabled? Unless the chair that bastard is sitting in has two giant wheels on either side of it, I fail to see how he's disabled. And even if he is in a wheelchair, it's not because he's bald. The only way those two things could possibly be connected, were if in an attempt to kill himself over going bald and being goofy looking, he accidentally paralyzed himself instead of just dying.
