I was playing MI2 (on hard/regular difficulty), and wondered about some of the items that can be bought in the shop on Booty Island, such as the pirate hat or the wheelcap. They don't seem to have any use, is there a point in buying them all or is it just a developer's joke?

Mr Cheese Posted March 27, 2005 Posted March 27, 2005 The secret to playing monkey island is that if an item looks useful, you're not going to use it or will lose it, but if it looks useless, it's something you'll need. That's what I love about monkey island.
