Jeff
You need to be more descriptive. What changes do you want to make?
General Kenobi
You don't use KOTORtool to change appearances in a game unless you want to actually "replace" the character completely. Use TK's wonderful KSE Save Game Editor to change the characters appearance for a saved game. That will most likely be your easiest approach. If you want to change em' I believe you need to edit their .utc file and put the edited version in your override. RevanA4
character aperiance is dictated by the aperiance.2da file and there are numerious different reskins for hk-
Darkkender
instead of changing the appearance entry in the utc. Simply extract the tga for HK-51 and rename it to hk47's tga. No fuss no mess. I think they even have almost identical naming conventions all you must do is change either 50, 51, or 52. I can't recall which they name it. Composite
Or you can recruit HK-51, and re-place him with Hk-47.I've already did this, thinkin about releasing it
