DarthSilius
Hope I'm not the only one who was a little underwhelmed by the sound effects and effectiveness of Force Scream. Two MODS are included Download Here : 1) Force Scream Sound Pack -Replaces the sound effects for Force Scream with more dramatic sound effects. -There are 5 screams (.wav files) to choose from. -You can assign any of them to Force Scream, Improved Force Scream and Master Force Scream. -You are also free to use any MONO wav file of your own 2) Force Scream Boost -Increases the power of Screams with character level (as all spells should!) -source code included, so feel free to tweak damage to desired effect -Not an UBER-power, just meant to keep the spell relevant late in the game, though Master Scream is now quite deadly. -added bonus damage rolls of a "JEDICE": a die with as many sides as the PC Level + Wisdom Bonus i.e. level 15 char with +2 wis bonus would be 17 sided or 1-17 points of damage -There are 1, 2, or 3 Jedice rolls for Normal, Improved and Master Scream respectively i.e. the example above, Master Scream would add 3-51 points of bonus damage Spell______________Cost____Damage Old Force Scream....25.....3-18 points New Force Scream....25.....3-18 points + 1 Jedice (see above) Old Imprvd Scream...25.....5-30 points New Imprvd Scream...30.....5-30 points + 2 Jedice (see above) Old Master Scream...25.....7-42 points New Master Scream...35.....7-42 points + 3 Jedice (see above)

TheGreatXL
Wow, some of those screams are really funny. Couldn't you just imagine Kreia letting out one of those rocker screams? Edit: Excuse me for asking, but how come I'm getting a "Not a valid WAVE file when I try to open up one of my other .wav files in the sound recorder? (For my entertainment, I'm trying to get Amy Lee's screams into the game.)
Commas
lol, those are some great screams, i dont know what i like best, the who, t rex, or howard dean! does anyone else think there needs to be a "wilhelm" option?
Lorden Darkblade
I like it I think most of us thought force scream was a bit useless
Colma Adawin
Hey Great idea, but i'm not too fond of the sounds you've chosen, so i'll just stick with the original, but good idea! MattCole
DarthSilius
Excuse me for asking, but how come I'm getting a "Not a valid WAVE file when I try to open up one of my other .wav files in the sound recorder? (For my entertainment, I'm trying to get Amy Lee's screams into the game.) I'm no expert on WAV formats. I noticed that any of the WAV files in the StreamSounds folder give the same error message. Perhaps it's a proprietary WAV format to protect copyrighted material? Anyone else with ideas please chime in. p.s. Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. DarthSilius
i'm not too fond of the sounds you've chosen You can substitute your own sound of choice. Note: TSL seems to prefer WAV files in MONO not STEREO.
TheGreatXL
I've noticed that. At first I tried resaving one of my songs over the background.wav file in the launcher folder so when you bring up the little TSL launcher before you go in game, you could have different music. It just didn't work though. I forgot to make a backup of the original and now have no background.wav. Althought, I'd rather have no music than the orignal music. It had gotten really old, really fast.
