epikon
Jawa Blaster (Textured, not in game): EP-1 Blaster Pistol (Not textured, in game): 2 more blaster pistols will be included in the pack. This will be for TSL even though the ingame shot is from the first one.
Mono_Giganto
As advice, you can probably delete this little knob on the end, since it'll be so tiny ingame that it won't be noticable. It'll save you a couple polygons too. Same thing with the trigger on the second model, you won't really see it ingame, so you could delete it to save some polygons. Besides that, well done! T7nowhere
Looks good, The Jawa Ion Blaster would look good in the hands of the gand, since there is a lack of Jawa in TSL.

svösh
Some Trouble shooting : In the left VP it looks like you have one or two too many bullet hook Helpers. Since you have used W_BlasterPstl_001 you only need one helper on the end of the muzzle Deleted Hidden or unnecessary mesh and helpers ? Make sure you don’t in fact have 2 Aurora bases, 2 ignore Ngon’s and you should drop Aurora tri mesh modifier over your models Editable mesh. At the top of the stack. Have you fast linked it and reset Xform before fast linking? svösh
epikon
just tried it again double checking everything you suggested, still the same error :/. Thanks anyway, anyone experienced this error, anymore suggestions anyone, thanks in advance.
svösh
C:\3dsmax6\scripts\NWmax\sanity Look for one .txt called W_BlasterPstl_001 find the line that is giving you the error and if it’s self explanatory you should be able to fix it. If not post it here. An other thing to try, is select only the gun, go to File > Export selected > exports as .3ds mesh with texture cords when asked. Then reset your scene hit set environ to set it up import the default game .ascii MDL. Now go to File > import your .3ds model uncheck to change scale if asked and hit ok , now line up you gun in place of the original move the bullet hook in to place , reset xform on your mesh , delete the game default mesh add Arora tri mesh to your mesh now fastlinker it all , it should work svösh
epikon
"Checking node w_BlstrPstl_001 Checking node ignore_NGon01 Checking node Plane02" Thats all my the w_blstrpstl_001_sanitycheck.txt However things seem to be moving on. When i try and export now it says it failed the sanity test. Now when i look at the txt im getting "Weld Check failed."
Mono_Giganto
Failed Santity Test = Didn't hit ResetXForm Select everything in the scene and press that button, then export, it should fix the santity test.

Mono_Giganto
Do you use Gmax? If so, why don't you send me the scene, and I'll if I can get it to export. If you don't have Gmax, then see if your program has a .3ds exporting function. I'll PM you my email address.
