minilogoguy18 Posted July 25, 2005 Posted July 25, 2005 This is probably my favorite episode 3 ship, i mean c'mon it has 6 wings! i based it mostly on early sketches of the ship that looked less bukly than like say the toy does. heres some pics...
CortoCG Posted July 25, 2005 Posted July 25, 2005 Nice model, good work on the texture. You might wanna add a photosourced metal texture overlay layer, to give the skin some weariness effect. I usually make my textures with several layers: one for a plain color diffuse map, another surface detail layer, then I use another layer set to hard light to paint shadows and highlights, etc... Ask me anytime for an original texture file in photoshop, I'll send you one to show you my workflow.
