J-Bag Posted July 25, 2005 Share Posted July 25, 2005 I cannot seem to make a lightsaber because I don't know what parts to get and where to get them. Someone please help me because i am so lost. I am extremely far in the game and realized that i should definitely have a lightsaber by now. I just need to know the items and where to get them. You should be able to get all the lightsaber parts on the next planet after Telos (on Dantoine you get it at the very end). Once you have all the parts (check your journal) talk to Bao-Dur. Achilles Posted July 25, 2005 Share Posted July 25, 2005 Don't forget that you can also get one of the pieces from Visas right away by reentering the ship right after landing on the 1st planet after Telos. There is a Mandalorian Guide that escorts (zips) you right to the Ebon Hawk's exterior and you can still walk there and go inside. So yes you do have access to the ship while on Dxun. But if you cheat and give yourself the lightsaber items for construction and for example you have two lens fixtures, can you still get Bao-Dur to help you make a saber? The journal entry at some point in my game, about the saber says that I make one, but in my inventory there is no lightsaber and the saber construction item that got using the console are still there. Achilles Posted July 28, 2005 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Mandalore will always give you a lightsaber (or a lightsaber part). Same thing with Lootra on Nar Shaddaa and Dhagon on Onderon. ForceFightWMe12 Posted August 29, 2005 Share Posted August 29, 2005 Usually what I do is go to Dantooine right after I finish Telos. During that, I finish everything except the battle against the Mercinaries. Before that happens, I usually go on the Ebon Hawk and confront Visas and get the peices from her broken lightsaber. After that, I head to Bao-Dur and have him build one. I personally prefer a Double-Bladed Saberstaff, but that's up to you. Other than that, I just collect short sabers ect. from the Masters and Mandalore and people. TIP: When you go into the sublevels of the Jedi Academy and you find the scavanger who's trapped down there, ask him about the things he found. You should eventually get him to tell you that he scavanged some 'jedi artifacts' and then be able to buy them. Buy them, and you'll have two lightsaber parts and a crystal.
