Saw it a long time ago from a direct "check this out" link.

 

This guy makes a suit that is covered with horns that each play a different note...and he plays classical music with them. Each goes off by bending his torso, arms, legs, and head a certain way.

This is quite old... This guy's name is Michel Lauzière and he's been doing these kind of act for a while now. He's mostly know for his 'giant ballon' act where he enters a giant baloon and even rides a tricycle inside. If I'm not mistaking, he even appeared on the Super Dave Osborne show, this was quite some time ago
