The Emperor has force crush?

According to the following screenshot it seems as though the Emperor has one of the same force powers as Vadar. (force crush) Take a look at the following screenshot. Or is this just the Emperor? I can't tell the robe looks like the Emperor, if it is him nevermind close this.

I think that's vader, with a glare on his helmet.

if you look really hard you can see that the emperor is behind darth vader, doing all the work while vader is only posing
