Lekilig86
If i want to play the older LucasArts point-and-click games (such as DOTT, the first MI's, IJ, SamnMax, ect.) Do i need to download ScummVM and also i lost track of these CDROMS years ago and would like to play again but don't have them, should i buy these again? If so, where? Or, can i download them? If anyone is specialized in these older LucasArts games playing them on Windows XP, please respond. It would be much appreciated.

I've got a program on my site that aids XP machines in playing/using 16bit applications.. but it doesn't work for everything... You're welcome to try though... just scroll to the bottom of this page: http://www.jumpstationz.com/utility/ There's also a link to Microsoft's "fix" instructions on that page as well
Lekilig86
And what about downloading/buying these type games? Can i actually download them or do i have to buy the CDROM?
Jan Gaarni
It is not allowed to link or talk about downloading games that are still being sold. So the only answer is, yes, you will have to buy the CD's.
Huz
ScummVM Quick and Easy is a nice Windows front-end to ScummVM. Grab it and give it a go - it's much better than messing around trying to get the games you mention working with generic tools. The LucasArts Company Store don't seem to sell any of the classic adventure games any more, possibly due to them being benders. There could be a few compilations knocking around though, depending where you live, and of course there's always Ebay.

popcorn2008
I would definetely suggest EBay as well and there is also amazon.com where you can find someone who is usually selling a used version.
