Nope, I didn't get that mission. I believe Boba was never in my Emp Campaign. That could be one of the "Random Events" that you can turn on and off in the game options? I don't remember seeing Mara Jade either. I was surprised to see that both sides could build bounty hunters and smuglers. I thought each side was supposed to build one and not the other.
