Darkkender
The Kotor SaveGame Editor is designed to support both pc and xbox saves. There have been discussions on how to edit your xbox saves with it. Also I'm not certain but I believe tk provided some sort of ".txt" file explaining what to do. mjpb3
Sadly, there aren't any XBox modding tools specifically for the XBox. You will have to use the modding tools for the PC version. But, I mod my XBox and the PC modding tools work great, so there's that. I just wish there were a program for the XBox like mdlops, to edit models and such for the XBox, because PC models won't work on the XBox

tk102
---------------------------------------------------------------------- Manually specifying the game installation path (Xbox users take heed) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can manually specify the installation path for KotOR or TSL by right clicking the node that says "Knights of the Old Republic" or "The Sith Lords". A popup menu will appear next to your cursor. Choose 'Change Installation Path' and you will be prompted to browse for the installation folder. The tree will be updated automatically if savegames are found. Note that KSE expects the following files and file structure: \dialog.tlk \saves\(various save folders)\savegame.sav \saves\(various save folders)\savenfo.res \saves\(various save folders)\globalvars.res \saves\(various save folders)\partytable.res \texturepacks\swpc_tex_gui.erf [OPTIONAL - for item/spell/portrait picture display] \override\(.2da files or .uti files) [OPTIONAL] (As of v3.3.3, the chitin.key and various .bif files are not required) (welcome to the forums)

tk102
Create a folder (eg. c:\kotor) Put dialog.tk in that folder Create a saves folder in that folder (eg. c:\kotor\saves) Create a save folder in the saves folder (eg. c:\kotor\saves\savegame1) Put savegame.sav, savenfo.res, globalvars.res, partytable.res, SAVE_HEADER.sig in the folder you just created. Run KSE. KSE will ask you to 'Locate KotOR or TSL installation directory'. Browse to the folder you created in step 1. (eg. c:\kotor) Make your edits to your savegame using KSE (see the kse-readme.txt for limitations on this). Close KSE. You should now have the following files in your savegame folder: savegame.sav partytable.res globalvars.res savenfo.res SAVE_HEADER.sig SAVE_PARTY.sig SAVE_VARS.sig SAVE_INFO.sig SAVE_HEADERVAR.sig SAVE_DATA.sig Copy these files back to your Xbox and try them out. The_Drizzit
Thanks TK! I've been looking for this for forever also! Also, thanks for the awesome tool! edit: Well, i did everything you said TK, except i just put the save in under the c:\program files\lucasarts\KotOR2\saves, and it seemed to work, until i moved the save to my Xbox, and when i tried to load it said the file was corrupted. Any ideas?

Please help i've been stuck for 2 hours.

It is located here - http://www.starwarsknights.com/tools.php . Try that... because I think that should solve it. _EW_

AlBundy
I got done editing my save and copied the files back etc. and everytime I try to load it onto my memory card it keeps saying "not a valid Xbox save" is there something I did wrong? Everything looks in order... The only thing I can't seem to find is the dialog.tlk file, where do I get this, and is it causing the problem?
