jomaster
firstly, i'm not being really repetative and annoying or spammy ok this thread has a decent topic........... but first, i put a thread on here entitled 'how do you become a moderator???' it was a simple enough question but here were the comments i got - you haven't posted alot (so i don't spend all my time on this forum although i will try to post more in future) - you shouldn't have asked (then how would i find out) - you are destined never to become a moderator (why can't people change their destiny?) and this is my favourite: - you will never become a moderator......... (sorry just tryin to find the evil music i need to accompany that quote) look i don't mean to cause any offense that was never my intention, i LOVE star wars and anything even remotely related but i HATE people who i know would come on this forum and waste time and litter the place up (speaking metaphorically here) but all i want to say is: I WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP!! JUST TRYING TO KEEP JUSTICE. now anyway heres the subject of the thread: i've read alot of star wars fiction and it still amazes me how the stories link together but i wanted to ask, has anyone ever found any contradictions in star wars fiction??? thanks
jomaster
thanks i would be good in either expanded universe or any section of star wars gaming although after my above rant i don't believe theres any chance of me ever being a moderator but we'll see maybe if i stop postin angry threads i might have a chance but i mean i'm always helpful when i have the oppertunity and i'm quite knowledgeable thanks. Prime
You don't choose moderating. Moderating chooses you.
The Doctor
All you have to do to become a moderator is follow the rules all the time, be helpful, and be nice. That means that a great deal of people on this site (myself included) will never become LF moderators. Anyway, on topic: I've never found any significant contradictions between the EU and the movies, but then I know very little about the EU. There very well could be, but I don't know of any myself. jomaster
i am nice all the time and helpful i just wanna help people out cause i love these forums on the subject: perhaps contradictions in sw fiction are prevented by the editior or maybe its because to write sw fiction you need to have read nearly everything to understand the bigger picture
Lynk Former
You're starting to get annoying. We have plenty of mods, we don't need more at this time. To add to that there are plenty more worthy people far far ahead of you who would deserve to become a mod rather than you. Like what's been said before, you don't choose to become a mod, we, the mod team choose you. And we definately don't choose you sounds harsh but *shrugs* meh. The purpose of this thread is clear, it was pointless to try to disguise it. ~ closed.
Astrotoy7
just to add, the question about contradictions'in the books is a question for the expanded universe forum. Feel free to post it there.
