I wanna know more about the people I interact with Anyway, Im 16 years old and Im Bosnian. I was born in Slovenia, makes me a full-blood slav doesnt it haha! Well the war started. My dad and my mom and I split up around 1991, 1 year after my birth. He was an important artillery captain. My mom and I moved to Croatia and sought refuge temporarily with someone my parents knew, he worked at this college/school combo thing. I got in something like kindergarten there but they had to get rid of me, I was hyperactive and the teacher said there wasnt anything she could teach me. Soon we had to move on because Croatia got involved in the war as well, we got to Germany and we lived there for about 3 months where I also went to school for a short period of time. We didnt get the green light to stay in Germany so we moved on to Holland. They had better arrangements when it came to war-refugees. My dad, who spent 14 months in a serbian concentration camp met up with us in Holland, according to my mom he was at least 30 kilo's thinner than when she saw him last time. We got to stay in Holland, we lived in a Hotel for the time being and my mom and dad quickly got jobs and started going to night school to learn the language. We lived in a tourist city called Delft for awhile where I finished a full 12 years of education by now. We start going to school at age four. After grade school I took up Economy ed and followed it for the full 4 years. I've passed all there is to pass but Im not getting my diploma untill august, some complications, nothing important. But I got them in a checkmate position though; they're not getting their books back untill I get my diploma! After recently moving to Venlo, a city twice as big as Delft but one of the "greenest" cities in Europe I've applied at an ICT school. I got in, and got to do 3 tests to see what level they would place me on. I have the results, they're pretty good, though not which level theyre placing me on. And thats the short story of my life up till now lol. I forgot what I look like I guess: Brown hair thats going to turn black ' round my 18th, some genetic thing, dont ask. I'll have to post a brief description of mine when I have more time and not working. Maybe I'll still include a little bit about what happened on my recent mexico trip (dont worry, its G rated. Anyways, Heres a brief discription of me and my history: I was born in chicago, moved to Colorado when I was five. I played guns alot when I was a kid. I have always been fairly introverted, but sarcastic and I did ok in school while I was younger. Learned to play Guitar at 15 and as well as a few other instruments, but I can play anything on the guitar and know a ton of theory (and if anyone wants an online guitar lesson, I'm game for it). I always had an interest in martial arts and have trained in Tae Kwon DO, Bujinkan Ninjitsu, and some random freeform ground fighting based on Brizilian Jujitsu. And I obviously like to play games from time to time. I had an ok high school experience mainly playing in band and jazz band. After High school my dad passed away from the after effects of lukemia. I went to a community college studying mostly philosophy and theology stuff but switched to criminal justice studies when I started going to metro state in Denver. I recently graduated from there with a criminal justice degree that Im not sure what to do with yet. I've had many different jobs since High school including door to door sales, waitering and gravedigging to name the more obscure ones. Also since high school I've gone I've been on stage alot playing at open jams, performing with various bands , and even going on the road for year with a Christian band organization doing music, acting and even puppet shows ([sobs] oh duncan the scottish monkey. how I miss thee! ). Today, I'm 25 and mostly just looking for a decent job or maybe even a decent band to play with. I have dark hair, green eyes and white (very irish looking I think). I recently went to Mexico to have a half vacation, half house building/mission trip. It was a great but obscure time. While we were happy to build a house for a family and blessed to get to know them, we also got our van vandilized when were decided to do some shopping in Tijuana! We just had to park outside the public secure parking lot didn't we! Grrrrrr. Ok, I must be really bored to be writing this much, but what the heck. Now dont anybody try to stawk me or anything! I'm currently in college, taking my GCE A levels soon (Economics, Maths, History and General Paper) Personally, my life has had its ups and downs. I won't talk about the downs, but let's just say that I wouldn't have gotten far if I didn't learn much from my failures. I have many interesting tales to talk about, ranging from my childhood to encounters regarding the unexplainable I'm Christian, but not attending church regularly lol. It's more like a "go for one-two weeks, then get bored" thing, but yeah I try I'm quite interested in singing. Currently, I'm interested in pursuing the following courses in university: Psychology or Teaching, but depending on where life takes me, I may end up being a professional singer. After my national service, I intend to spend some money on a good vocal coach Speaking of national service, yeah after my exams this year, I will be serving the army for 2 years. I exercise quite a lot, enjoy basketball, soccer, badminton and water sports like kayaking, but I'm still unable to do more than 5 pullups. Crap. The most I could hit was 4. Sucks, because if I don't hit the target of 5, I have to enlist 2 months earlier for the army. That means while everyone's partying after the exams, I will be training away in camp Basically that's it about me. Of course, I've got other interests like gaming, messing with tech stuff (modding, hardware etc), socialising, just hanging out with friends etc. Socialising is something that's an on and off thing too, sometimes I'm just wild when meeting new people, and sometimes I just want to stay at home and sleep. I just wrote a whole in-depth essay about myself but IE crashed again. My best friend's has a kareoke business and I've had lots of opportunities to practice different styles over the years. Its pretty funny to watch people faces when you sing BoysIIMen after you last sang Pantera (if the metal fans dont try to kill me, that is. LOL). I still cant freestyle rap though. That takes alot of mental compacity that I dont have. Good luck with that and your schooling. It's like a combo of an oldschool melodic thrash band with a emo sounding vocalist. Nice mix of old and new.
