Single player, although nowhere as good as in JO (in my opinion anyway), can be quite nice. And the game should be extremely cheap by now. Kurgan Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 If he plays on a LAN that won't be a problem, but yeah, it will be a bit laggy on a modem. The thing is, if he's playing on a decent dedicated server (not trying to host his own).. may I recommend Meatgrinder... (shamesless plug!) he shouldn't be too bad, and he'll learn to compensate for the lag with his own. There's always the improved bots from OJP Basic he can play with too if he can't stand online!
