Jedi Academy Dark Side ending

I completed Jedi Knight III by turning to the Dark Side and I can't but feel it that the game need expansion especially when Kyle said "If I find Jaden i'll let you know".

I mean he "borrows" a Star Destroyer and is looking in space and is stupid that you can't kill Kyle when you have a chance (I really hate Katarn).I seriously recomend an expansion.

I think the reason jaden didnt kill katarn was because kyle was more of a friend then rosh. Since rosh betrayed him. He didnt care that jaden felt dark when rosh betrayed him. He just warned him

 

But the one thing that would ruin the series is if katarn dies or if he isnt included in the sequel

Then maybe Jaden get's another chance to kill Katarn in a seqel if it comes out.

I don't think Jaden is able to kill Kyle, in the ds ending he just distracted him with rocks and ran away before Kyle could strike back or call the other jedi for reinforcements.

Well we all saw Kyles powers in JA but they are still weak despite dark force powers grip and lightning I would prefer that since they never completed their duel on Korriban that JK IV if it comes out and I hope it would be released that Jaden finish Kyle once and for all

as to who is stronger, i don't know......

 

i think given time, jaden could become more powerful than kyle, if only by a wee-bit.

 

but yeah, jaden wasn't given enough characterization...he was a little bland....

 

now, is it just me, or does it seem like jaden, if the new game expands on it, has more than just the secret of how he got his lightsaber hidden in his past? I felt as though the game makers were hinting at something....like how it kinda seems he has a, i don't know, sorta natural "affluency" to the force? like he's just naturally talented, like anakin and luke? just not that strong?

 

but personally, as for the blandness thing, it is my goal to expand on that by writing an alternative storyline for JA, going much more in depth about his past and his abilities. i am almost done writing it all, and i am putting up the suggested outline on my "New Storyline Information" post today.....sheesh, its about time! but anyway, check it out, see if you like it, all that good stuff....

I'm playing because i like the maps and mods Kyle wouldn't be so bad but his clothes like nothing more than a bantha herder he needs dark clothes and new (Sith)lightsaber and maybe LS/DS ending and new cutscenes

What i want to say that his clothes is more like a bantha herder (i apologize if anyone has take offense in my comment)but a sith lightsaber and dark clothes will make him a little darker don't you think.

oh yeah i agree. he looks really bad. he needs a queer eye for the jedi guy makeover or something. but im not so sure, after playing MotS, if black is real good on him, not to sound gay or anything

I think there a mod that will give you new npc's it is level where he is wearing black clothes and scar i think you will find this mod on Jedi Knight Files try this adress but remember it is for Outcast only http://jediknight2.filefront.com/ Level is named "The Challenge in the Jedi Valley" it is a long dowload but it's worth it

That mod isnt a very good one. I would just put in kyle dark clothes. There are multiple versions of kyle katarn in dark clothing. Belive me Mivoc you arent the only one who thinks that he should change his clothes.

Good point about the clothes, I think some battle armour would suit him well. Considering his soldier/mercenary background.

 

Though Kyle is grey in most respects so the Dark Jedi garb and a crimson saber probably wouldn't work for his character. If we were playing someone who was Dark Side orientated at the start, or had been in the past. Then it could then.

Just re-texture Jaden's clothes, i'm sure there's already a mod of some kind and Kyle looks like a hockey player from the 50's, well his clothes anyway.
