I just wanna know. Cos I'm an explorer/adventutrer.

(Although we do have Burtons (Mens clothes shop) Of where I bought a sn***y blue short sleeved shirt with the sea at the bottom of it. And a dark pair of blue jeans today. And some...."brief"s! HAHAHAHA biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

We have a leisure center,Library,A really crap nightclub.

Well

AND AT THE MOMENT IT SMELLS OF SH*T!!!!!

I'm not lieing! It fecking reeks! I think there must be a farmer spreading a couple of tons of crap around here. It's engulfed the town!

OK, well Melbourne is the second biggest capital city in Australia. Crime isn't too bad, cept the heroin problem is pretty bad at the moment.

My suburb is in the Eastern suburbs, it's an average suburb and I live close to like the biggest shopping center in Melbourne, which I go there lots. Ummm I live near a train station and the bus stop is at the end of my street. Oh and it's night time here

well i live in Eilat, a tropical city in the middle of the desert. beach at one side, mountains at the other. we have our malls and hang outs, clubs and resturants. i cant complain, the rest of Israel pretty much sucks, but this is the one place that's really worth it. its a tourist city, so we have all the fancy hotels, beach resorts and Casino's. in the night it kinda looks like a mini version of Las Vegas with all the lights and all. then theres my school, the portal to hell...lets not go there.

I live in the gayest city of all! Clarksville, Tennessee "The Volunteer State" my ass! I used to live in Germany...man, I loved it there! I'm not very fond of the U.S. and I wanna move to Australia (you're soo lucky, Natty). I live in a VERY inactive suburb. My neighbor has had about 7 or 8 dogs. They keep running away from them! I live right by the "portal to hell" as Niko would say and we would move, but my parents say that since we're so close to school, we won't! mad.gif It's 11:50 right now and I'm about to eat lunch. C-ya's!

Osnabrück, the place where I live, sucks a little. Pubs are closed at 2,00 a.m. and sundays, you can fire a cannon and no one will here it. And that in a city with 150,000 souls (sometimes I think they´re not all alive).

Skien, Norway.

Town lying about 150 km south of capital, Oslo, and has ca. 50 000 inhabitants.

It's a pretty silent and quiet place, with most of the stuff you can expect in a 50000-town. I live in a suburb called Gulset, located west of the city. The town lies quite close to the sea, connected to the sea by channels, which are long as hell. Pretty boring place, but ok.

The funny thing is that Rapp Scallion lives only a couple of "miles", away. biggrin.gif

In Norway it is sort of like, the east side, is where the urban people live, where the capital is, while the west side, is where the less urban people live. biggrin.gif There are however very many exceptions.

And in the north all the flaky people live. biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

My town is good. I live in Warrington, which is in between Liverpool and Manchester, and has a famous rugby team, Warrington Wolves. We have who is probably the best Australian player at the moment, Alfie Langer, as our captain. We have a reputation as giantkillers, as this season we beat St Helens (sound familiar, Aussies?) Wigan, Castleford and Leeds this season, (4 of last seasons top 5 teams) despite currently being 8th in the table.

The town centre has a lot of shops, many of them crap, but, pah. You can't have everything, and the Trafford Centre is pretty nearby anyway.

I live in the best place in Kansas. Lawrence. If you ever want to visit Kansas(though I can't imagine why)skip Topuka and Wichita and come to Lawrence. We have a downtown with all kinds of specialty shops and tons of coffee shops. Our local art theater is downtown too. KC is worth a look to but just stay out of the ghetto.

This is a picture of Melbourne at sunset, isn't it bewdiful?

cooks.jpg

Captian Cooks Cottage, it was pulled apart and shipped to Melbourne and rebuilt, they're origional stones and everything, and it's sooooooo tiny inside

mall.jpg

Bourke Street Mall in Melbourne's CBD, that's a tram in the picture, Melbourne is the only city that still has trams, so we're pretty unique, I love trams biggrin.gif

flinders.jpg Flinders Street Railway Station, named after Matthew Flinders... aren't we origional? All our streets in the CBD of Melbourne were named or have something to do with explorers who explored Melbourne or Australia.

I'll post some more piccies at a later date biggrin.gif
