Negative Sun
Post pics of your cute and/or scary pets here, and post some info if possible This is Dylan, a 9-year-old Rough Collie who is staying with us for a while as my fiancee's dad has moved and their new landlord doesn't allow pets (btw: landlords who don't allow pets = spawns of Satan!!!) But we don't mind having him here, he's a smart dog who's very quiet unless the postman brings bad news (aka brings mail, period) ^ This is where I should sleep lolz, gotta be quick! ^ Poser! ^ Just cause
Boba Rhett
This is my dog Danni when she was about seven months old. She's about 18 months now. I got her on a whim from a lady in a Wal-Mart parking lot when she was about five months. I'm not really sure what kind of dog she is; some sort of hound mix is my best guess. (Anyone have any better guess?) She's a really great dog. She's very good at listening and really ever only makes sound when someone she doesn't know walks up to the door. She's also deathly afraid of storms. I don't know if that's a common thing in dogs or if she had a bad experience outside as a puppy. (she was originally found abandoned on a dirt road ) Oh yeah, she also can't help but tinkle when she meets someone for the first time, even if she's happy and runs over to see them in the first place. Not sure what that's all about.

(she was originally found abandoned on a dirt road ) Loud noises are very bad for dogs, storms and fireworks are the worst AFAIK, they can sometimes damage a dog's sensitive hearing I think and it spooks them really bad...Dylan's the same, doesn't like any loud noises of that kind, like party poppers and firecrackers and such, scares him to death. adamqd
This is Charlie, a male Boxer, he's 5 and very grumpy! but also very affectionate too, he doesn't like other dogs, small children or people wearing hats ( they scare him more than him being nasty) He nearly crushes you when he leans on you he's that big! This is Chloe, a female boxer, she is 4 and has the same mother as Charlie, although smaller and younger than her brother, she rules the roost! she is the most loving dog, and will sleep next to you, let you pick her up whatever. Bee Hoon
My dog, Jive:) We actually gave him the cloth as a blankie when he was a puppy, but his retriever instincts kicked in:P He's very good at retrieving-- not so good at giving up what he retrieves. He's terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks, and someone has to keep him company or else we have to shut him in his cage; his refuge. If not he'll get anxious and knock over all the garden chairs:P *squee* He's so cute! All the pets in this thread are adorable, but I'm biased:p
