CrisG Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Some slight spoilers) I have made it to Korriban but because of my party's stay on the Leviathan, I lost my lightsaber, the one that I made at the Academy. I am worried that I may not be able to find another one, I am kicking myself as I had several spares but should have stashed them on the Ebon Hawk, but like a dummy kept carrying them with me......do i need to go back to before the Leviathan and start over to keep my own lightsabre? I just wondered, as this is my first play through. I still have a double ended one, but frankly I am still more comfortable with a single bladed sabre.
Rev7 Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 I am not sure that I understand your question. Are you playing with the PC version of KotOR 1? How did you lose your lightsaber in the first place? Anyways, the only advice that I could give you is go back to when you were on the Leviathan. -Rev
Emperor Devon Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Bizarre, you're not supposed to lose any equipment. But if you'd rather not play through the Leviathan again you can always use KSE to edit back whatever lightsabers and crystals you had into your game.
Inyri Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Maybe he didn't pick them up after the evil torture scene. I mean they basically force feed you the "PICK ALL YOUR STUFF UP NOW!" stuff, but I've heard of more than one person not picking up on it.
Kalos Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 I normally have a few dozen lightsabers by the time the Leviathan comes around.
Darth Payne Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Like Inyri said, its most likely that he forgot the locker after the torture scene.

CrisG Posted January 1, 2008 Author Posted January 1, 2008 You are all very wise, for I did indeed in the heat of battle forget to get my own stuff, i helped everyone else get theirs and I thought I had secured all of mine, but i only had the double light saber for some reason. I am curious enough, and ashamed of my foolishness (Padawan indeed, there must be a lower level of Jedi student for me ) to go back and start from there again. No, i would rather not use cheats, but i will learn about the possiblities of action that several of you have suggested as this is my first play through, and I want to learn as much as I can ....both as a Jedi student in game as a student of KOTR itself. thanks again for your kindness in replying ans for not calling me the fool that i am. There is a good deal of hefty saber play in the Leviathan scenes and I certainly can use the practice. thanks again all. I shudder to think what Master Zhar would say........ ah well. One can only learn if mistakes are revealed and admitted. You are all very kind.
Jacen Stargazer Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 Nah, you should shudder to think what Master Vrook would say.
CrisG Posted January 2, 2008 Author Posted January 2, 2008 Ys, i do. I was able to retrace my steps and i got everything BUT my own stuff out of the storage lockers near the detention centre, that was my prob. There it all was including my light saber. Now to replay and face the Dark One again!
