Robespierre
It should be in your C:\Program Files\SWKOTOR2 folder (if that's where you installed it). Failing that do a search of your whole computer, though that's not really necessary. Once you found it, just use notepad to edit it.
Stream
Download K-GFF from here, go to your main KoTOR Tool installation folder, which is usually C:/Program Files/Kotor Tool/ and delete any program named GFFEditor.exe. Now place K-GFF in that folder, press F2 and rename it to GFFEditor.exe, this should now get it working in KoTOR Tool. --Stream
Robespierre
Its really best not to edit your post to completely change the question. Since my response looks a little stupid there.

Marius Fett
That all depends on what kind of mods you want to make really... There is a tutorial section you can look through to find out how to do different things... Best bet would be to start small though. There are links to a few tutorials i've written in my sig. Some of them are quite basic so maybe you should try some of those? Before you start anything big though it would be best to get to know the tools and how the files work. Jumping head first into the deep end hurts your head. ALOT. Good luck!

Swxpert
is anyone going to answer? Mod note: Please do not bump threads; people will usually respond in time if they know anything about what you are asking. ~M
Stream
is anyone going to answer? Please be patient when you're waiting for a reply, you only left it a few hours before asking that and people here do have other things to do, that and I don't know where you're from but a lot of people may be in different time zones to you, for example when you posted that it was 1.30am and I was in bed. Could you post some screen shots of what's happening when you try to use the GFF editor in the tool? --Stream

Stream
I don't think your forum post woke him up. In a way I wish it had, I slept in and was late for work... damn it. Anyways all I meant was just give people time to read it and answer. Just a couple of things to double check, did you definitely put it in the KoTOR Tool program folder and not the games and did you rename it as well. --Stream

Eefluxx
I know this is going to be a stupid question but: Did you delete the other GFFEditor.exe that was there?(if there was one)
Swxpert
there wasn't one Edit: i'm sorry if this sounds like i'm whining at people to help me but all i want is for this to work so i can start making things and become a contributor aswell, then everyone can appriciate the ideas i have, cause i hate taking and using mods without trying to create and share with people, so if someone could help me figure out whats wrong with my kt i'd really appriciated it.
