Lag 512mg of ram

Alright i have 512mg of ram Nvida geoforce 7600 and Galxies lag even if i use map bumping off please help

The whole system is lagging..

 

I and all of my friends lag to.

 

SOE (hopefully) will fix it.

upgrade to 1 gig, load times are alot faster i went from 3-5 minute shuttle loading to 30 second load time-on 56k dialup.

I can only echo the sentiments by 15 here - get more ram if you want less lag. Back when I played, I started with 512, and then picked up another 512 stick ....it was like a night and day difference. And don't kid yourself, SOE isn't going to "fix" the lag issue anytime soon. They will cancel the game before that happens.

let's also not forget to mention that SWG now utilizes up to 2 gigabytes of RAM. I was running fine on 1 gig, maybe once i get a new hard drive and power supply unit, i'll get another 2 512 sticks and get back into the game. it depends however, on how the next month goes for me.

nice. i may be on later this month. i'll be on starsider as Kioet' (yes, with the damn apostrophe) once i get back in. I need to get a new hard drive, power supply, and i'll probably upgrade to 2 gigabytes ram.
