I'm still on the shelf, it looks like it can be really good, or really cheesy. It has the same writers/directors, yes?

Ryan Reynolds. Deadpool.

While he might get the personality right, I'm not sure about his voice though. (Will it be yellow enough?)

Well unfortunately that's the one thing everyone questions in a voiceless medium to a vocal medium transfer like so. And while yeah, his voice isn't exactly what I thought of when I read deadpool, I'm not quite sure anyone else could get the persona right.

The hell? An administrator that I don't know? Vaguely, perhaps.

Also, the trailer looked good, but it seemed almost completely out of the X-Men universe. Just the "feel" of it. Maybe that's good, maybe not. Of course, episodic movies are just an excuse to get the fans coming back for every movie about every character. Money money money.

But what does it matter if they're entertaining? I'm not saying they need to churn out movie after movie of crap, but as long as they're at least entertaining I don't see a problem with it.

I actually like Ryan Reynolds. Of course, I've only ever seen one real movie with him in it (Waiting, which was awesome) and another movie with him in it (random movie on comedy central that I only saw bits and piece of). Also seen him on Scrubs as a guest, but he did good there too. From what I've seen he pulls off a good wise-ass character.

TBH my problem with him is that he's always got that smarmy Ryan Reynolds smile on his face, especially every time he tells a joke. He's got one character. Smokin' Aces let him act seriously for a bit, but still. It's like putting Katie Holmes in Batman Begins. ;D

Let's hope he's good at any rate. I still have major doubts about the movie.

This is true, hope he keeps his mask on for the most part. :p

Oh, and as for the voice, I didn't like it in Marvel:Ultimate Alliance, but after a while I realised it fit, especially given the descriptions it has had in the comic books ("A gravely, Demi Moore tone").
