Darth Payne
If this has been asked before i apologize. How do i make it so that you can keep the sith armor you pick up on Taris?
ForeverNight
You can't without a modded game. If you open up the dialog files for Gadon Thek and insert a line for the PC that says something like: "But I really, really, really like this armor." followed by: "Alright, you can keep it... (Mumbles)Childish fool" and then run the script that gives you the papers. Then you get to keep the Sith Armor.
Darth Payne
Ah well, i guess i'll stick with equipping it on carth before i go to the becks as always.
xrefusex
You can add it with KSE, the Kotor Save Editor. I think you might loose it from time to time, but you can always re-equip.

Watcher07
If memory serves, there is a glitch that allows you to keep it but move on with the storyline. If you equip Carth with it before you speak to Gadon, you can have your conversation with Gadon and agree to let him have it to allow the conversation to move on, but when you check Carth after the convo is over he still has it on in which case you can move it back into your regular inventory and wear it. I've done it a few times but its been quite a long time since I last did so I don't recall if thats the exact procedure or not. Best of luck. Canderis
you could open up the dialog files an remove the script that takes the armor witch is called "k_ptar_takearmor" i cant tell you what else might happen though ... it might do other stuff... Sithspecter
You could always create another item with a Sith Disguise function, and then place it on the Soldier for the interrogation and the backpack or whatever for the party. That way you can have it and it won't go away.
