Sith Holocron
Perhaps cortosis blades are more resistant?

TheProphet
Jonathan, how is it that yet again you have sparked my undying love for you! I too an deeply infatuated with Aliens, such a classic. I really like the set of events you have layed out there, I have a feeling you will be able to give it a truly creepy atmosphere. Which is always something i played with in my head for Peragus, a derelict station is PERFECT for such a mod. I'll be interested to see where this goes. P.S. I love you... -Doc
Quanon
Even if it doesn't work out adding new verticies, could you still do the Taina's replacer method? I know that the elongated head would be quite blocky, but maybe you could make that work for you by editing the texture to purposely give it edges. Those aliens always look different when they've gestated in a different host, so maybe it could have a slightly ridged/bladed/edged head. Well, so far my Hex-edit adventure didn't turn out well... I get 2 results: - A animated working Rakghoul, but with odd flying planes out of its head... - No flying planes, but a stiff, none animated beasty First one is without editing the mdl after moving the vertices. Killing the animation happens when I copy a certain part of the hex code out of the old model into my edited one. I've been trying to use Settokons screenshot as a guide, but it seems its not doing its magic trick, like it does on the heads. But I'll try out some other bits of code, see what happens. Still been thinking off doing a set of masks: each mask would have an animation. So it would be like: 1) Casual, looking around, turn head left, a bit right. 2) Shaking its head as it get angry. 3) Biting and stabbing with its tongue mouth. 4) Whatever we need... Not sure how we could use that to full advantage. I think the Alien will need to be very scripted and used in smaller dark cut scénes. Just like Mr. Scott did it in his famous motion picture. And yes my alien has breasts I wish you much luck Thank you, I'll need it
bendarby24
i have a idear: A Darker Peragus has just come out so this gave me a idear to make it scary ok you could come in to a hall way and there is only a flicaring light on: you could have a scene were the alian comes closer and closer every time the light comes back on ( this is how it would work it would flicker on and off (have you ever seen docter who when you first see the weaping angals it would be like that) so eny way it would flicker on and off and every time the light comes the alian would come closer and when it is really nire you the alain is gone ) then when you get to the light it could go off ( the placmer talch was meant to have a flam anamtion, welll i can not renember if it does :/ so you would have to yous that has a light sorse...... then you make up the rest......sorry for the spelling masaks
LDR
I have an idea. Maybe you can have Joseph and Wilkes recruitable? And you can utilize Canderis' Darker Peragus mod? http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/A_Darker_Peragus;117592
