MusicallyInspired
I found something out last night. Everyone's on one side or the other about SMI:SE look. Some say it's ugly some like it. I liked it. But after playing the game in 1680x1050 on a 22" widescreen monitor it's a whole different ball game. I'd say this game is meant to be played in high resolutions. You just can't appreciate it the same way in a lower resolution. I recommend you all to try it that way if you can if you haven't already whether you already love it or not. If you do you might just like it better, if you don't it may just change your opinion. HD is niiiiiiiice.
LordTrilobite
Though you'll also spot all the flaws more easily. Hmz, I need to get of my lazy ass and continue fixing the forest backgrounds...
LogicDeLuxe
Wasn't it made for 1920x1080?
Jeff
Yeah, it displays in up to 1080p. But LordTrilobite is probably right, you'll just be able to spot the flaws more easily. I played it at 1280x800 and I thought it looked alright, my biggest complaint were the different signs in the game where the text just looked awful. I played it about half and half between the new and old version.
