this hilt ( which is now the purple mod) would like it to be the orange saber.

If I'm right, and I usually am, it's a port from default Jedi Academy hilt, therefore it's illegal.

I know that hilt is one oldflash made for his "Final Touch" mod. Not sure if he modeled it himself though.

Yes, he did. I've looked at the model file and texture in the past and they've been different to the JA versions.

okay, then I need some pointers with this.. I have read a couple tut's and none of them seem to make any sense or they seem to skip steps, or talk like they assume you know what everything is. Since I have no clue, I am just trying to learn the basics. I am really trying my best to find someone to show me some pointers.
