Left 4 Dead III - Casting Call

Yep, that's right. A Left 4 Dead RP! For those who haven't played either of the Left 4 Dead games, the eastern United States has been overrun with Zombies, which originate from a mutation of the rabies virus. Both games feature a team of 4 survivors attempting to escape the Horde.

 

Here are the rules:

 

1) Everyone who wants to join can join.

2) Only one character per person. However, if your character dies you can rejoin with a new character.

3) There can be any number of people in this RP, but they must be part of a group of no more than four.

4) Please read up on the different types of zombies here. http://left4dead.wikia.com/wiki/The_Infected

5) No god feats. For example, in the cases of the Witch and the Tank, one headshot from a pistol is not enough. Please be realistic.

6) Ammo and items like medpacks are not infinite. There will be store houses to reload, however.

7) Melee weapons are common, but you're not going to find an AK-47 everywhere you go.

8) Using a medpack does not completely heal you. If you are critically injured, you can only treat and patch up the wound but will not make it magically go away.

9) Each team will have a leader who decide the general direction of their team's plot.

Appearance: Tall, 6 feet 3 inches, short buzz cut blond hair, blue eyes, muscular. not tank muscular, but more than the witch.

Personality:Nice, but a bad sense of humor. a bit chatty (Ellis, anyone?)

Weaponry Preference and Fighting Style: Likes higher powered weaponry, prefers using his SIG Commando 551 and his modified Jericho 941 in .44 magnum. He learned Tai-jutsu and Kung Fu and uses the martial arts wisely. If his Jericho is out, he also loves to use any bladed weapon.

Place of Origin: He was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin, and moved to Tampa Bay Florida as a Career move, and he needed to for his Army Unit.

History: Sam joined the Army, like his dad before him, at the age of 18. He decided to skip college, unlike his dad, because all he ever needed to know he got from high school. He's become the unofficial secondary marksman of the group. He has just as good scores as many snipers, but never thought to apply to a class. He was at his apartment, planning for a hunting trip in Montana when the infection hit.

I would love to roleplay in this. However, I was wondering what kind of setting you were going for? Dark gothic city, the south, mid-west, Europe, etc.? Just so I can decide better on the type of character.
