The Replica/custom bike is currently on a private ebay auction starting at $35K. source For those that may never seen the original TRON, here is a snippet. The new TRON Legacy Movie is due in December this year (This BBCode requires its accompanying plugin to work properly.) mtfbwya
Quanon
Wooot, lovely Now I just need to find a pitch black street, with some minor neon lighting. To get in the full mood. Just happens I finally was able to buy Tron on DVD last week. It was rather hard to find around here... Let's hope this new film will be as enjoyable. I might even be tempted to speed through one of the speed trap cameras at top speed just to get the pic... Yeah.. I'd get into some SERIOUS trouble. Sith Holocron
Being old school, I prefer the original design. For those that haven't seen the original, the bad guys had the blue bikes. The color of Tron's (Bruce Boxleitner) light cycle was orange. Flynn's (Jeff Bridges) bike was yellow. RAM's (Dan Shor) light cycle was red. Here's the Tron Legacy version of the old design: A white light cycle . . . bet it leaves behind a really bright light wall! Edit: Apparently the white light cycle above is considered a "Second Generation" light cycle, probably designed after the events of the first movie.
