Yes, ladies, gentlemen, and proletariat of both genders, it's that time of the year again, and although rather late, it gives me great pleasure to announce to you tonight the StarWarsKnights.com 2010 Flood of the Year Competition!

(Insert cheesy canned applause and horrid music here.)

The nominations have now closed, we have quite a line-up this year, in spite of the age of the game. In the TSL section, the 2010 entrants are:

Remove Force Power Restrictions by Armors (compatibility friendly) by Phildevil

Sword of Gith by Darth InSidious

A Darker Peragus by Canderis

Visual Graphic Enhancement 2011 by Xarwarz

VP Modules Tweak Pack by VarsityPuppet

Heroes of the Old Repubilc Saber Mod (for TSLRCM) by Kuai-Don Jorn

Clone Wars Armor Pack 2.0 by Don Kain & Darth DeadMan

Ubses Melee Weapons Mod by e-varmint

District 9-Style Mandalorian Heavy Blaster by e-varmint

TSLRCM 1.7 was removed from the nominations because the TSLRCM has already won a Mod of the Year competition.

Inyri's Mass Effect 2 inspired weapons were removed from the nominations for TSL, because they were nominated for KotOR, and to avoid the same mod winning for both games.

The voting is now open, so get at it. The polls will close in on Wednesday, February 2nd 2010.

And may the best mod win!

I had a hard time choosing between Xarwarz visual enhancement (which looks very good and make wonders with skyboxes), Canderis's peragus mod and VarsityPuppet's tweak pack. Xarwarz mod is not install friendly enough in my opinion, which may be the only reason I did not vote for this one (can't stand to convert all these .dds, when I've got over 30 other mods to install...). Canderis's mod feels great and seems like a breakthrough in modding to me. But I felt it did not add the kind of polish did add to more than one place in the game. Overall, they were all close match though.

NB: I am happy somebody voted for my mod! Hope you find it useful!
