Fallen Guardian
I was taking a look at how the people in kotor 1 sit, and they seem to have the exact same animation as in Kotor 2. However in Kotor 2, there was a script fired and you could make anyone play the sitting animation, while in kotor 1, only certain placeables could. Is it possible to make a script for kotor 1 that would do much the same that it does in kotor 2?

Canderis
Nope. It isnt possible, without some heavy animating skills.
