Sven_Q45
Hey guys, some people here want it! Maybe it could be true. And maybe another adventure game of Revolution Software: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-07-03-watchmen-co-creator-dave-gibbons-plans-to-make-new-original-adventure-with-beneath-a-steel-sky-broken-sword-developer http://www.gamestar.de/news/pc/2569596/beneath_a_steel_sky.html
Valkian
It doesn't sound like it would be another BASS game, but I think that's even better. I'll be looking forward to whatever new game they come up with.
urluckyday
^Like he said, it doesn't seem like it'll turn into a Beneath a Steel Sky sequel, but I'm intrigued by the possibilities! Looks like quite a storytelling force!
Sven_Q45
Well there are some sources. And some say so and some say so. Maybe we can ask Charles Cecil at Collogne.
urluckyday
One thing that frustrates me about the first link is that they seem to be directing their work towards the iPad and iPhone. Seriously? They can be great devices for gaming...but c'mon...no love for the rest of us?
Valkian
Releasing games on different platforms is not a straightforward thing, it takes time and money. Smaller productions can't do that easily. A game released on iOS has a lot better exposure and chances for success than on the desktop. Yet if the game does really well, it makes it more likely for ports to happen. Oh, I totally understand why they would do it that way. Just not happy about it.
Kolzig
I'd like to see BaSS iOS version released on PC. Like they released the Broken Sword games in GOG. It puzzles me why they haven't yet ported the so called director's cut of BaSS back to PC. The original one is of course there and for free and that's great.
