Artisa
Which reminds me, when I was a kid me mother refused to entertain the idea of assisting me to buy an imported NEC PC Engine for Christmas (by assist I mean - save my pocket money for a year and her chuck in a cheeky £30-40) because it was 'too small'. She refused to acknowledge how good the graphics looked at all. If it had been rubbish but four times the size, she'd have been happy to buy it. Edit: the NEC PC Engine, wasn't a PC....it was this... That. Is adorable.
Huz
Floppy disks on a Commodore 64? Infidel. If you're not listening to shrieks and bleeps out of a cassette machine for 20 minutes, only to have your tape get chewed up before your game loads, you're doing it wrong. Huz
I listened to that and now everything I've learned in the past 5 years has been overwritten with Dizzy code in my brain. Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot. It could be worse, I'm currently giving serious consideration to actually trying to make another ZX Spectrum game....yes in 2014....what the hell would be the point? Nostalgia, a dangerous thing, just ask McCoy

Artisa
May I take this moment to quote a certain lungfish... "AAARGH! My EARS!!" All that white noise - the stuff horror movies are made of! Pah, ZX Spectrum. The VIC-20, that's where it's at 8-bit dubstep. Hell yeah.

Zoom Rabbit
*(Pulls out his Walther P38 'love gun' and shoots RonnyMyra dead in the street.)* You can keep sending all the robots you want, guys. Our waitress likes poisoning my beer, which curiously enough gives me unlimited ammo. I will wall up the forum with your robot dead...
Artisa
However I do support the shooting down of robots so *poisons beer* order up! Edit: That picture was a lot bigger than I expected.
Zoom Rabbit
Even though our moderation team took down the robot post, everyone knows what happened. They do pop up from time to time. At the Nihonto discussion forum, they have a series of directions in the registration process that prove that you aren't only human, but a smart one. I have no idea what the registration process is like at Lucasforums now, since I registered this username at the old JKnet forum back in 1999. All one needed was an e-mail address. Meanwhile. The random arrival of nonsentient AI programs gives me a chance to show off some of my weapons collection.
Artisa
I think the anti-robot question was "Chronologically, which game in the series does mix n' mojo originate from" or something along those lines. I had trouble with the forums, it wasn't sending me the confirmation email and the contact us link was broken so there was no way for me to tell anyone either I ultimately asked Gabez about it when I emailed him to put up the Charlie Brooker thing, and he ultimately forwarded it to Zaarin who manually added me to the Lucas Arts family, yay! ^_^
Zoom Rabbit
It pleases me to know that it is not easy to get into the forums. Keeps out the riff-raff... v Is riff-raff.

The video is private now unfortunately, but this was the ad for it: (This BBCode requires its accompanying plugin to work properly.) It was AWESOME!! Huz
Oh yeah. I remember that now. There was a guy with a LeChuck tattoo, which was pretty cool and/or disturbingly obsessive. And Minecraft turned out to be the best game ever, which is just as well because it is.
