acdcfanbill
you dont use your mouse to move anyway. i dunno about you people but i use 'w' for foward, 's' for back, 'a' for strafe left, and 'd' for strafe right. that way you can move foward/back, left/right whilst swinging you saber with freelook disabled... CaptainRAVE
Maybe it should be an optional controller....but i would pay £50 plus if it was worth it and really made the lightsabre feel alive in your hands.
nykel007
Maybe while press a key and moving the mouse it can be more precise. So if you want to make ahole in a wall you get a perfect circle.
Wilhuf
Some folks use the mouse for actual player movement. They just toggle the mouse controller between movement and freelook as needed. I would still think it would be more effective to use the wasd (or some similar key arrangement) for player movement and the mouse for looking/aiming. But, it's all about options. Q3 tech lets you bind movement to just about any key or button imagineable.
