Guest Rogue15 Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 Is Jedi Outcast really coming to xbox?!??!?!
acdcfanbill Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 maybe one should have the place where you heard such information, before posting. i would defently like to see your sources for such blasphamy...
Guest Rogue15 Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 oops, my mistake. i was reading the new pc gamer, page 70, where it said they were working on new legends for the xbox. it was in the dark forces series thing and i must've mistaken it for that. But before i got this issue, there has been a rumor of Jedi Outcast being ported to Xbox. I wouldn't be as quick to doubt it, though.
wardz Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 LEC wouldn't dare, not until JK2 was 110% completed at least. wardz
matt-- Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 "New Legends" is the name of a game that one of JK's devs is working on. It is NOT part of the dark forces series.
Guest Rogue15 Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 I meant to say that the rumor said it's going to be ported after its pc release.
Guest Kurgan Posted August 26, 2001 Posted August 26, 2001 Could be interesting.. but again we all cringe because we are thinking of what happened to Obi-Wan.. delays, delays then cancellation, and rescheduled for PC with most of the stuff we were looking forward to toned down, removed, or changed.. ; p Well it's just a rumor, and we'll cross our fingers that doesn't happen! GonkH8er Posted August 30, 2001 Posted August 30, 2001 Newsflash- It's not true. JK2 ISN'T being ported to X-Box
CaptainRAVE Posted August 30, 2001 Posted August 30, 2001 JK2 will never go to the X-Box because it wouldnt be able to handle the advaced graphics .
Guest Rogue15 Posted August 31, 2001 Posted August 31, 2001 Well...anything's possible. didn't yoda say 'always in motion is the future' or some crap like that?
Guest Kurgan Posted August 31, 2001 Posted August 31, 2001 Well until it's announced or leaked by the company making it, there's no reason to assume it will happen, ie: if there's no evidence in favor of it happening. That's called 'wishful thinking.' ; ) It's sort of like PS2 IGN talking about Obi-Wan. They say essentially, "it would be cool if it was on PS2, I hope it's on PS2!" which turns into people saying "PS2 support is rumored" then we get "it's coming to PS2" when there was never any evidence to begin with!
