A ban is permanent or temporary. Yours became permanent the second time you were banned. Why? Because you started to harrass someone else once you got back. Check your lawbook; if you're caught doing something, getting convicted for it isn't like suddenly being this saint with a clean slate again; you have a criminal record and the next time you're caught, that is taken into consideration. Now for the fact: you can be held accountable for EVERY SINGLE CASE OF HARRASSMENT on these boards since you logged on for the very first time. No matter how many time you logged on again; if the person you targeted wants to file, you'll be filed. Now consider this: like i said, we have a complete record of back-ups containing every single mean, spamming, insulting, flaming and outright discriminating post you made. Putting these things on a public forum is in no way 'outside of the law' as you seem to think and claim from the top of your lungs. People who post porn on public forums are prosecuted as well on the same laws that apply to the streets. You somehow always claim to be above the forum-rules. A ban is a B.A.N. Get it ? That's B. A. N. Look it up in that thick book on your father's shelf. And ask him about public harrassment. Go on. Do it. Then ask if the internet is outside of that law.
